Big Horn Mountain Festival

The raffle gives folks a chance to win great instruments, and helps us fund the Big Horn Mountain Festival. It’s a very important part of the festival and we sincerely thank everyone who contributes prizes or buys tickets.

This year we are very happy to announce that Bruce and Mary at Weber Mandolins have donated a beautiful Weber Yellowstone A mandolin for the raffle. Their support of the Big Horn Mountain Festival has been extremely generous, invaluable, and most appreciated. They make outstanding mandolins at Weber and we are excited to be able to make one available for a lucky winner this year. We are also very grateful to Bob at Hansen Music in Billings who just donated a really nice Takamine Glen Frey Signature model guitar. Rick test drove it and reported it is a very nice instrument, comparable in sound to 40 series Martins. It plays and sounds great. Be sure to check out Hansen Music when you are looking for instruments or accessories as they've got good selections of both.

You can get your tickets at Festival Merchandise Booth where the instruments will be on display. Tickets are 1 for $5, 3 for $10, and 7 for $20.

The instrument drawing will be held on Sunday just before the last show. You do not have to be present to win an instrument; just make sure your name and phone number are on the back of your tickets so we can call you and make arrangements to get the instrument to you. Sorry, but you are out of luck if we can't locate you.

Special Instrument Raffle Offer, Win a Mando or Guitar And Help Us Pay For Bands

This is a big fundraiser to help keep the festival going, and since you don’t have to be present to win an instrument, anyone can participate. If you want some raffle tickets in early, or can’t attend the festival, send a check to Raffle Coordinator Bill Bradshaw and he’ll fill out some tickets for you and send your ticket half back to you. Send it to Bill at BHMF, 706 Adair, Sheridan, WY, 82801. Bill guarantees your tickets will be in the raffle bucket when it comes time to draw the winning ticket on Sunday. The instrument(s) will be shipped to you if you win. Good Luck!
